Canned Hunting

Bonnie Young 4 Apr 2008		Hi, Just a quick message about canned hunting in south africa,Lions are being "farmed" so trophy hunters can pay large sums of money to shoot them in their enclosures. Lionesses have their cubs taken from them shortly after giving birth so they come back into oestrus. The lioness will cry for days and nights for her cubs , she will also chew at the mesh fence which seperates them. Some try so hard that they end up with a badly cut mouth. Female cubs have their skulls crushed at birth because "trophy hunters" only want male lions as trophies.
