Dear Raymond, We have our holiday home business up for sale in Camber, due to ill health. Had we kept it, extending it (there is room on either/both sides of the property), and running a possible B&B was an option we considered as Eden Cottage is in an ideal location just across the road from the wonderful sandy beach (with views of the dunes from the kitchen!) We also have a heated pool in the garden and we are busy all year round. Dear All, Myself and my partner are new to Rye and on the look out for a new challenge therefore, if anyone has any information regarding any business that may be soon to come on the market could they contact me on this site. We are looking to start a Guest House or B&B if possible. and would appreciate any help as not all property or business ventures go through the estate agents that are local, and therefore not aware they could be for sale till after the event....Many Thanks |
