I also have an Arnold Berry watercolour of Lion Street, Rye. I believe it belonged to my grandfather who was born in Rye in 1885, educatd at Rye Gramar School, and later employed by the Customs and Excise. His family then moved to Brighton. This may help to date the picture. |

Hi Alison - I also have an Arnold Berry Watercolour entitled High Street, Lewes but know nothing about it - think it belong to my Granny but as she lived in Scotland, I don't know how she had it! Cheers Cheryl |
